Court Payment Options
The court accepts payment for fines and costs by:
CASH – please do not send cash by mail
CHECK – payable to the 89th District Court
MONEY ORDER – payable to the 89th District Court
VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DISCOVER
A third party vendor will charge a 3% convenience fee for ALL credit card payments or $2.95 for an electronic checks

During regular court hours.
(Cheboygan – 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
If you are not able to pay due to financial hardship, contact the court immediately to request a payment alternative.
